Warranty Policy

MANUFACTURER WARRANTIES

New AEDs and other products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty are warranted by the product manufacturer, not by Response Ready LLC.

All questions, support requests, and warranty claims involving a manufacturer’s warranty must be submitted by the customer directly to the applicable manufacturer. Warranty terms, coverage periods, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product.

Please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance with diagnosing the issue, determining whether it is covered under warranty, and completing the warranty claim process.

RECERTIFIED AED WARRANTY

Recertified AEDs purchased from us are warrantied to be free from manufacturing and material defects under normal service and use.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and continues for three years.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the device or replace it with an equivalent recertified device at no charge for parts and labor. Return shipping for approved warranty claims is covered by us.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, improper storage, unauthorized modification or repair, failure to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions, normal wear, or cosmetic damage, and it does not apply to any device whose serial number has been removed or altered.

If warranty assistance is needed for a recertified AED, please contact info@responseready.com and provide:

• Your order number
• The AED serial number
• A description of the problem you are experiencing

Our team will review the information and provide instructions regarding the next steps.

LIMITATIONS

Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the three-year term of this written warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Response Ready LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, a recertified AED. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
