Courses
CPR & AED
This 3-hour course offers a two-year CPR/AED certification. It teaches key life-saving skills for adults, children, and infants. You’ll learn how to respond to choking, operate an AED, and use barrier devices properly. Each student gets a certification card, a quick reference guide, and a CPR pocket mask keychain after finishing.
CPR, AED & First Aid
This 5-hour course offers a two-year CPR/AED and First Aid certification. It combines key resuscitation skills with practical first aid knowledge. Participants learn CPR and AED use. They also discover how to handle common illnesses and injuries. This training helps during critical moments before professional care arrives. It covers medical, injury, and environmental emergencies. The first aid component is also available as a separate course.
Stop The Bleed
This one-hour course teaches how to handle severe bleeding emergencies. It’s often combined with CPR or First Aid training. Inspired by Homeland Security’s Stop the Bleed initiative, this program teaches life-saving skills. Participants practice using tourniquets, packing wounds, applying chest seals, and controlling bleeding with direct pressure. Each session includes at least one complimentary Stop the Bleed kit.
OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens
This one-hour course gives certification in bloodborne pathogens awareness. You often take it with CPR or First Aid training. It meets OSHA standards when paired with site-specific training. It emphasizes safe practices to avoid exposure to blood and infectious materials. This helps participants protect themselves and others.
FIRE EXTINGUISHER TRAINING
This 1.5-hour course mixes classroom learning with live-fire practice. It meets OSHA and NFPA standards for annual fire extinguisher training. Participants learn important fire safety principles. They cover fire types, prevention, hazard awareness, and how to use extinguishers. They also gain hands-on experience using advanced training gear to extinguish controlled fires.
